We fell in love with the property the first time we went to visit. Luke was there to answer all of our questions and provide valuable insight around the purchase process. We made an offer and ended up negotiating with the vendor through Luke till 11pm. He set out reasonable expectations and worked with us to get a fair price. The communication throughout the process was excellent and the support ongoing. I texted Luke today, the week after settlement, with a question and he didn’t hesitate to respond. Overall, a great first home buying experience! We look forward to working with Luke and Alex in the future!
