I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and Alex to any vendors wanting to sell their property for the best price and in the shortest time possible. I was in no doubt from the beginning that I shouldn't expect to sell my leasehold apartment anytime soon and at a greatly reduced price. Luke (and Alex) seemed to have a lot of experience in selling apartments in my building and they certainly didn't sugar-coat the situation. Luke and Alex worked tirelessly on this sale, even visiting me at 11.00 pm. to counter-sign the sales agreement. And yes they were still in the office at this time. .. My apartment sold in 3 days from when I signed the contract with them BEFORE it went to market, thanks to Luke's contacts. And I received a better price than expected with a settlement date that suited me. An excellent result thanks to the hard work of an excellent team especially Luke Shi who surpassed all my expectations.

Realestate agents are not my most favoured type of provider. But I have to say, dealing with Luke was very good. He was excellent with the detail and went the extra mile, regardless of what time it was and worked with between myself as the buyer and the seller to make the deal happen.
