Examples of efficiency: 1. I texted her in the evening, asking if she would be interested in selling my property. At 10 am, she turned up with her colleague Mark, and they explained everything to me from the beginning to the end of the sale. 2. Any question I had later on, she responded immediately or with minimal waiting time. 3. Regular weekly updates or immediate updates in case something was important. 4. In case the buyer wanted something to be done on the property, she and Mark would do it if they could; they would organise someone to do it and would monitor that it has been done up to the required standards.

Working with Loretta was a breath of fresh air. In an industry where it’s common for agents to over-promise on price just to get a listing, Loretta chose total honesty. She was realistic about the market and where things stood from day one. That level of transparency is exactly what you need when making big decisions. If you want an agent who tells it like it is and manages expectations with integrity, I couldn’t recommend Loretta and Mark enough.

From the outset, Mark and Loretta assisted every step of the way. Prepping the home for sale, communicating all the way through, getting our sale over the line. We were so impressed with their work ethic, enthusiasm and knowledge. Mark and Loretta are genuine, lovely people and we can say that we have made two new friends and we thank them immensely for all their hard work.

Loretta and Mark have just sold my house and I highly recommend them. Being 84 I was nervous about the whole process but Loretta and Mark put me at ease from the beginning and kept me informed right through. They also were happy to communicate with my daughters and a third party as required. A big thank you to Mark for the work he did around the property to enhance the look.
