One of the things that my wife and I appreciated about Ian was his ability to navigate the narrow line between acting in the sellers interest and providing appropriate guidance to us as the purchasers. Once we were successful Ian and his team continued to support us in preparation for the move and then again post move was still able to act as an intermediate between us and the sellers over minor queries.
