we met Lisa and Montana when we tried to purchase a house. They worked extremely hard to try and reach a deal and we loved their communication, energy and drive. While we didnt buy that house, we knew they would be the right agents for selling our house and they certainly delivered. It is a tough market but we sold faster than we expected and in the price range we wanted. While we have not plans to sell for many years we would use again.

We had a particularly tricky set of circumstances with selling the home, we had tenants in there and we were based in Christchurch, so couldn't easily assess the property. Lisa acted as a great go-between with the tenants, getting property as presentable as possible for all the open homes. She also made herself available for us to ask questions whenever they would pop up and had great, open communication with us.
