we met Lisa and Montana when we tried to purchase a house. They worked extremely hard to try and reach a deal and we loved their communication, energy and drive. While we didnt buy that house, we knew they would be the right agents for selling our house and they certainly delivered. It is a tough market but we sold faster than we expected and in the price range we wanted. While we have not plans to sell for many years we would use again.

Absolutely stoked with our experience buying our new home! The Facebook ad caught our eye straight away, and honestly, we pretty much fell in love with the place before we'd even viewed it. We couldn't stop thinking about it and what our future might look like there. From the first viewing right through to getting the keys, the agent was awesome. He was always keeping us in the loop, quick to reply to texts, and was only ever a message away whenever we had questions. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was professional and easy to deal with. We honestly couldn't be happier with our new home and can't wait to make plenty of memories here. Cheers for helping us secure such a beauty!

Lisa & Montana were great to deal with throughout our sale campaign. Communication was good, they worked hard to generate genuine buyer interest, and guided us professionally through the auction process in a changing market. We appreciated their effort, responsiveness and support throughout what can be a stressful process.

Lisa was very responsive, communicated clearly and had a good knowledge of the market. She was highly professional but also warm and personable.

We loved working with Lisa, she was so helpful and positive. That was something that we really valued, it can be really stressful selling a home (especially one that we'd loved and lived in for years) and Lisa's positivity and drive was exactly the kind of support we needed to sell our first home. We had a particularly tricky set of circumstances with selling the home, we had tenants in there and we were based in Christchurch, so couldn't easily assess the property. Lisa acted as a great go-between with the tenants, getting property as presentable as possible for all the open homes. She also made herself available for us to ask questions whenever they would pop up and had great, open communication with us. We were always clear on what was happening, any feedback, and what the plan was at different stages. Super grateful for all of Lisa's help and support.

I found Lisa's communication style unhelpful and at times immensely irritating. Speak less, know more. In my first encounter I was encouraged to put in a formal offer, even though I knew it was very very unlikely to succeed. My offer was used by Lisa to make another buyer's offer look good. ie: used as leverage. Fair enough. When Lisa rang and said that the vendors of a 2nd place I had put an offer in on were willing to now negotiate lower, I used the opportunity to try and get another apartment in the same complex for the same agreed value. When, as a courtesy, I informed Lisa of this she started babbling, almost hysterical. I asked her to leave it for 3 or 4 hours. She couldn't and kept spouting nonsensical rubbish. It took me 3 goes to get her to hang up. In short, I was simply doing what she had already done to me... used the situation as leverage. My offer was conditional on my viewing the place. The tenants in it were not expecting us so we had to wait while they left. The place was a complete tip and it was impossible to actually get an idea of the place. There was stuff everywhere. When I tried to set up the pre purchase inspection, Lisa first said I had to go through the lawyer, then, said it might be Anzac day (weeks earlier then April 25) W-h-a-t?? I could hear someone in the office trying to correct her. The place was left dirty and with faults. But the Vendor's lawyer wouldn't budge on anything because that's how it had been. How do you see anything when its a complete tip? I think showing a place in that state is unprofessional and quite frankly, I'm really annoyed at the way it was all handled.

Lisa was fantastic to work with. She brings great energy to the whole process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, friendly but straight to the point which we really appreciated. She has great market knowledge across a range of properties, from smaller townhouses through to larger homes, which gave us good confidence in her advice. Her partner Monty was also great to deal with. They make a strong team and complement each other well with different negotiation styles. Highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to work with real estate agent.

Lisa is a fantastic bundle of energy and positivity with exceptional communication skills and the ability to have the hard conversations when needed. She provided support and strong experience to talk through key decisions and is a consummate professional. Lisa has excellent negotiation and problem solving skills and I couldn’t have got through this process without her.

Lisa is a great communicator, and very hard working. She kept in touch with me through every phase of my house sale and worked with me on open home times to reach the market. When the home didn’t sell at market she came up with strategies to get parties to commit and secured a sale.

Excellent communication, negotiation skills and market knowledge happy with her assistance through this purchase.

Lisa communicated with us quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to our freinds and family.
