I just wanted to say that Joy and Linda were fantastic to deal with to complete the sale of 34A Frank St. There were a few complexities and issues to get the sale across the line with a first-home, low deposit buyer and they managed it all with the benefit of their experience and positive attitude. They obviously had a great relationship with the buyer which enabled clear communication and the flexibility to complete an early settlement once the tenant had moved out.
