Seamless transition from property manager to sales agent.
Leigh had been our trusted property manager during three tenancies, while I provided oversight of my sister's house from Auckland. When the decision was made to sell the property, it was very easy to choose Leigh as agent. The process was made very easy from making the property ready for sale, through marketing, and final sale.
