Excellent communication and was super easy to deal with, I really couldn't fault anything with the level of service he provided, went above and beyond what was expected! Highly recommended! My mum went on my behalf to have a look at the property, she was super happy with the level of service as well!

Kristian helped us get into our first home. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the area that we bought in, he was equally as honest about the house, pointing out potential issues before we had noticed them, making sure we knew exactly what we were buying. Kristian was always accommodating on times for us to meet and discuss the property, and was always available by phone whenever we needed to ask questions or organize for inspections of the property. Throughout the entire house buying process, Kristian kept us completely informed as to how the offer process was tracking. Even after we had fully completed the buying process, Kristian was more than willing to help us out with suggestions of the area, right down to sending us a message to remind us of the days to put out our bins! We can't recommend Kristian highly enough, and if we are ever in the market for another house, we will be going to see what he has for sale first!

You took time with us at our first meeting to explain the procedure in detail and showed a good working knowledge of the market. We both warmed to you immediately and may I say, you are not the stereotypical estate agent. I think your years in the police force enable you to be patient and fair whether dealing with tenants, buyers and sellers alike. We did appreciate the time you took to listen to and reassure our tenant. She also warmed to you which made things easier during the whole process.
Kristian was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was new to the property game and was often discouraged when attending open homes due to the agent's that were presenting them. I think his personality definitely helped my decision to put in an offer on the property, as he followed up regularly, answered any questions, if he didn't know the answer, he went back and asked the vendors. There were a few hiccups with my finance and he was super positive and helpful throughout that and would check in to see if everything was moving forward. Kristian went above his duties and offered to lend me a lawnmower for when I moved in and everything! Sometimes it can be a bit daunting because you know that the agent is working for the seller and not you but he didn't make it feel this way at all and I found the whole process to be smooth and he was extremely detailed with his paperwork and explanations. Thank you Kristian for being so accommodating, I really hope you go far in your real estate career as you definitely have the right attitude and people skills for it!
