Our property was earthquake damaged and not an easy one to sell as it was limited to a very narrow group of purchasers. Kristian discussed with us what realistic expectations we had for the property and then proceeded to achieve a sale far above those expectations. His thorough knowledge of what groups would be interested in that type of property and the exact way it should be marketed and sold proved to be right on target. Due to Kristians marketing strategy the property received almost 14,000 views on Trade Me and 90 groups through the many open homes. Kristian had recorded pages and pages of contacts that he had with potential buyers, those through open homes etc and phone calls. He did an amazing amount of work, hence the result he achieved for us.
