Kristian Danholt was recommended to us by a third party who had previous knowledge of his work ethic. Our property was earthquake damaged and not an easy one to sell as it was limited to a very narrow group of purchasers. Kristian discussed with us what realistic expectations we had for the property and then proceeded to achieve a sale far above those expectations. His thorough knowledge of what groups would be interested in that type of property and the exact way it should be marketed and sold proved to be right on target.
