From the start, Kristian was upfront about the challenges we might face when selling in a difficult market. We appreciated this honesty and knew that this was based on Kristian's thorough market knowledge and insights. Kristian clearly explained the strategy he proposed to sell our house (by deadline sale) and we developed contingency plans if the strategy failed. We would not need these contingencies, however! The marketing was excellent and Kristian took time to advise on how best to present the property. As the marketing proceeded, Kristian was in constant contact to advise on the feedback received and his response to queries and questions. We had a group WhatsApp chat that was invaluable for sharing information, and Kristian made it clear that he was available at any time. We had a debrief after each open home weekend, and as we got closer to the deadline Kristian's feedback helped us consider what an acceptable offer might look like for us. We received an acceptable offer prior to the deadline, meaning that we could move forward with a single party quickly. Whilst we of course did not engage directly with the buyer, we got the impression that there was a seamless yet structured flow of information, questions and answers between both parties through Kristian. Ultimately, this meant we could bring the original settlement date forward, allowing us to sell the property within a month. This was unbelievably quick given the market conditions (henceour view that Kristian really is some sort of magician)! The successful sale, within the time and price parameters that we set, was largely due to Kristian's talent and skill as an agent. He's also just a great guy, and a real joy ro deal with, which meant that a normally stressful process was actually pretty straightforward. We don't believe we would have received a better result elsewhere, and would 100% recommend Kristian to anyone selling in the Canterbury area.

When we listed with Kristian my husband and I were building a house for the first time. It was pretty stressful! The last thing we needed was the additional stress off selling our home, but it had to be done and we didn't have a lot of time. I said " I want this to be stress free please" Kristian listened. We trusted his advice when he suggested we market as "negotiation over" with the logic that buyers knew the price point we were looking for. The strategy worked perfectly. We sold within a few weeks and Kristian negotiated a flexible possession date to coincide with our build completion. It all just fell into place.
