Kristal West

Ann displays excellent negotiation skills as you would expect from somebody with her experience. Team Emerson were a formidable force. Came with a plan and stuck to the plan. Thanks Ann and Kristal

I was on the hunt for a place for my kids and I and Kristal helped this to become a reality. She was sensitive to my needs and I felt she was really in my corner throughout. Thanks for helping me to get into the place I wanted Kristal!

Kristal was always very friendly and informative throughout the process. Any questions or queries we had were always answered promptly and diligently, whatever the time of day or night. We felt it wasn't just about profit for Kristal, but about bringing a successful result for our family. We felt that she genuinely cared!

Easy to communicate with, and has a good professional attitude.
