Kris and his team were very professional whilst still being relatable in the sale of our house. They dealt with everything and handled it all well. We are very pleased with the service they provided and of course the result. We highly recommend them to anyone selling their house.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Kris and Mo to sell our first home, and we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. From start to finish, we were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise in the real estate market. Their attention to detail was evident in every step of the process, from their expert marketing strategy to their thorough communication with potential buyers. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we were able to sell our house, and for a great price. Not only did Kris and Mo exceed our expectations, but they also made the entire process easy and stress-free. We would not hesitate to use Kris and Mo again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Kris, Mo, and Lucy for a job well done! You truly went above and beyond, and we are grateful for all that you did to help us achieve our goals.
Kris' team knows the market well and knows how to attract buyers. It is vital in this slow market. We've also had experience with Kris in a hot market, he got the best price for us as well. Overall a great team, we trust Kris and his team
Very efficient, time savvy and effective. It sold in a very short timespace considering the market was slowing, and they managed to get me a great price on a falling market. Very happy outcome thankyou.
He tries his best, does what he promised and makes all the transactions easy as possible. I would definitely go to Kris and his team next time!
Kris and the team are really easy to deal with, I would highly recommend them. Honest and helpful
Professional, well informed on market , great with promotion and marketing. Upfront with appraisal and value. Great communication and keeping us up to date. The engagement of buyers and negotiations where second to none. Would have no hesitation in recommending to everyone looking for a real estate team that delivered on their promises. Thank you Kris and team

Kris is very professional and we listened to his advice. It worked. Sold 21 days on a slow market. What more can one say. Thank you Kris and Mo.
It was our good fortune to encounter Kris & Mo when considering putting our property on the market. We had seen a number of agents from various firms but immediately Kris & Mo impressed. And that impression was on the money. Right through the sales process they were on the ball. Kris was an excellent communicator - pleasant, pro-active, realistic and clearly genuinely interested in achieving a fair result for us in the current market. He readily got involved in helping to resolve issues encountered along the way (e.g obtaining historical council ccc for deck). The Kris & Mo team were a pleasure to deal with and achieved a sale price we were happy with in a challenging market. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them - daylight 2nd.
Kris and Cindy were really great to deal with and made my job as a vendor stress free. With their professional, calm & realistic approach I was at ease with the whole process and felt very confident they would obtain the best price for me, which they did, in a tough market to sell. Once under contract, they still worked hard to obtain a second contract to solidify the sale. Kris and Cindy were open, honest and gave me real information to make the right decisions. I highly recommend Kris and Cindy.
