Kris began by giving us an appreciation of the current state of the market and where he believed our property sat within this. He then proposed his procedure to market our property and set out his programme to achieve this. From there on the sale of our property went like clockwork. He and his team kept us informed of progress. The only hiccup was when the country went into Covid lockdown two days before the auction.
