After speaking with a few agents/agencies, and honestly feeling like they weren't really interested, we remembered the nice young man who sold us this "livable do-up" with a very old pool tucked away in the valley. I called Kris and once I said my name he remembered me! I didn't even need to say the address. This was 4 years (and a LOT of house sales later!). I was pleasantly surprised and the following week, Kris and his delightful colleague, Mo came over. Well the pool was gone, in it's place a hole. Pretty unattractive. Solid but in need of tlc and renovation house - sadly we were unable to do the planned work as our circumstances had changed. Quite a big ask in an uncertain time, end of summer and the market quite quickly shaping up to give buyers plenty of choice! But after three weeks of open homes and a building inspection, the best team on the North Shore worked their networking magic and we got a solid pre-auction offer. The right person at literally the right moment in time? Yes, but also a great, open, honest team with an approach that flexed with the rapidly turning market and moved with us. Definitely would choose them again.
