After speaking with a few agents/agencies, and honestly feeling like they weren't really interested, we remembered the nice young man who sold us this "livable do-up" with a very old pool tucked away in the valley. But after three weeks of open homes and a building inspection, the best team on the North Shore worked their networking magic and we got a solid pre-auction offer. The right person at literally the right moment in time? Yes, but also a great, open, honest team with an approach that flexed with the rapidly turning market and moved with us. Definitely would choose them again.
