From the first discussion about marketing our property, they had some really great ideas about options, and followed through with thorough research about our property. In a difficult market, they remained solutions focused and optimistic, and committed to getting the property sold. They have remained respectful and warm, and with just the right style of communication, in touch enough that we always knew what was going on but I haven’t felt pressurised. We were especially heartened by the respect and warmth that they have shown the tenants of the property.
