I would like to thank Josh Kumar and Kayne Rayner of Professionals Meros Group, for their support during the preparation and sale process of our property. Due to extenuating circumstances out of our control, this turned into a much longer process than any of us anticipated and involved Josh, Kayne and their team worked alongside a third-party project management team as well as a number of contractors. Managing this process from overseas would have been impossible without that support and Josh and Kayne went the extra mile providing regular updates, additional onsite support, liaising with contractors off their books to ensure the property was in top condition to advertise and go to market. They then managed the open homes, following up with interested parties, keeping us updated regularly during this process, and negotiating with an interested buyer to secure a good price. They were clear from the start that they would set realistic goals based on up to the minute market information and did not make empty promises just to get the job. That said, he negotiated a better price than we had anticipated once final negotiations were taking place. We felt that Josh and Kayne were honest & helpful, and we learnt that they were also reliable. They were always there. They followed the agreed plan, stayed focused and communicated well with us during the whole process, answering any questions we had in a timely manner with understanding and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh, Kayne and their team and would most definitely contact them again for either buying or selling a home.

We thoroughly recommend Josh and Kayne as estate agents. From the first discussion about marketing our property, they had some really great ideas about options, and followed through with thorough research about our property. In a difficult market, they remained solutions focused and optimistic, and committed to getting the property sold. They have remained respectful and warm, and with just the right style of communication, in touch enough that we always knew what was going on but I haven’t felt pressurised. We were especially heartened by the respect and warmth that they have shown the tenants of the property.
