We have the pleasure of dealing with Kathy 7 years ago when we purchased a property in Remuera. As a result of this experience we decided to use Kathy for the sale of our property in Remuera. We were not disappointed, as the property has now been sold and settled. Kathy guided through the sales process, including reporting back after each open home, remaining optimistic, even when the news was not so good in a very tight market. The property went to auction and was passed in, while this was a disappointment Kathy remained highly optimistic and suggested we change our strategy and put a price on the property, this we did, as a result we had a great attendance at open homes. It was not long before Kathy had an offer for us, we believe Kathy's approach of understanding and gentle negotiation secured his agreement, she managed to strike a good relationship with the purchasers. The agreement was signed at 10 pm on a Sunday night, Kathy came across town to obtain our signatures, a long drive on a Sunday night and missing a dinner appointment was dedication in our opinion. During the sales process of our property, we have found Kathy to be highly professional, understanding to our needs and regularly and clearly communicating with us. She spoke our language. Her market knowledge is wide and up to date, particularly regarding properties in the eastern suburbs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kathy to prospective vendors- she achieved a result "sold our property"
