Thank you Kath for your patience throughout the process, you did go the extra mile here, living in a different city, you made it very easy . We wish you all the very best for 2023. Jay & Kirti

Kath was an excellent communicator and was helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. We would recommend her to anyone in the area.

Kath knows her stuff and knew when we sat down that we had at last found our home. We could not be more grateful for this gem. Thanks again Kath X

Kath jumped creeks, winged covid, went to funerals and still managed to find time to give me updates, She she said she was committed to selling my home she wasn't lying, She did every thing but bake bread for potential customers, and I swear she would have done that if I didn't have so many people coming and going, She was straight up and had even my lawyer on her toes. I am very grateful I listened to the town

Kath Shaw gave me a professsional and efficient service, she has a excellent knowledge of the market andher advice was invaluable. Kath went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal of selling my home.

Good knowledge and professional

Kath worked her heart out and kept me informed every step of the way. Fantastic result. Thank you so much

Dealing with Kath was an absolute pleasure from the beginning right to the end. She went well above and beyond to accommodate my needs - she even helped me with my furnitures! Kath is professional, lovely and caring. If you want to "arrive at home": don't look any further than Kath! Thank you again, Kath for everything! Thanks to you, I already feel home in Mangakino.

Our expectations was a quick sale, but that did not happen due to banks changing their criteria and intrest rates raising. Kath kept us updated on open homes etc. Busted her gut to sell the house. Very happy vendors. Worked hard for us and would use her again

Kath was very proactive and helpful through out our dealings with her

Kath is very easy to deal with and a great communicator. We found her to be very caring, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the sales process. It has been a real pleasure to work with her in marketing our property and highly recommend to anyone considering buying or selling property.

Kath was amazing from the get go, clear communication and great at putting us at ease.
