Kath went above and beyond with helping us purchase our property, was able to walk us through the house and went back to met with vendors when needed. Would highly recommend Kath to anybody selling.
Working with Kath was one of the easiest experiences we have had. The communication was clear , honest and friendly. Kath worked hard and went above and beyond in an unstable time where Covid lockdowns made everything that much harder. Thanks. Xx
We were wanting an agent who new Mangakino, someone who we could trust to deliver to us the best result in selling our property. After looking into the agents , and the latest sales and listing that each one had, the one agent that shined above them all was Kath Shaw. We had some idea of what properties in the area were selling for ,but after receiving Kath's Appraisal it was more than we had hoped . After all paper work was completed ,photos of the property taken and the property listed, a week later Kath had a contract with a price that we were pleased with. We would highly recommend that if you were looking for an honest agent to sell and work in with you please give Kath Shaw a call you will not be disappointed .
Kath has made our purchase run smoothly in difficult times and has gone above and beyond our expectations. She is easily approachable and friendly, I would highly recommend Kath.
Kath went over and above our expectations. We are very happy with how supportive she was to us as buyers. She was always available to answer any questions we had.
