Kath was extremely easy to deal with. She had so much patience helping me through the process as a first home buyer. Kath was always happy to answer and questions I had and was prompt at returning calls or messages if mine were missed. Good knowledge of the area and definitely on the pulse with what's happening in the market.

We unhesitatingly recommend Kath! She was super helpful in every way to ensure our home purchase was as easy as possible. Should we look at purchasing or selling, Kath will definitely be our go to Agent.
Kath was very professional and helpful in her dealings with us. She gave us all the information we needed to make our decisions on marketing strategies. She is very organised and efficient.
From the initial contact via website requesting a viewing, Kath has delivered what she promised, including contacting me each and every time she said she would. She has made herself available to view the house as required, including meeting me after business hours. She has also followed up after the purchase was finalised, contacting the vendor to obtain further information. The new tenant loved the gift box that was waiting on settlement day! I will use Kath for any further purchases/sales I may make in the future.
Excellent to deal with Very pleasant and down to earth to deal with
Kath provided us with wonderful service, from our first meeting she was prepared and knowledgeable. Her lines of communication were open, clear and always available to us. We found Kath to be honest and have our best interest at heart. We ended with four contracts on our property and she gave us great advise when deciding which to accept. We would recommend and use Kath again to sell our property if needed.
