Working with Joey to sell our house was honestly a great experience from start to finish. Joey impressed us with his dedication and sincere attitude. He never had big talk about what needed to be done, he actually made it happen. Joey kept us informed every step of the way, communicating clearly and frequently so we always knew where things stood. Joey’s knowledge of the local area and housing market was a huge advantage. He understood the market trends, house seeker needs and gave us practical, honest advice tailored specifically to our situation. Rather than pushing us toward flashy options or setting unrealistic expectations, he recommended the right approach for our goals, which made a real difference in the outcome. What stood out most was Joey’s sincerity and trustworthiness. He never tried to “sell” us on anything. Instead, he acted as a true advisor, always upfront, pragmatic and transparent, which put us at ease and made the whole experience far less stressful. Joey was upfront, honest and incredibly hard working throughout the sales process. He answered our questions at all hours of the day (even when he probably shouldn’t for the sake of work-life balance) and provided wise advice during critical times. We hit some roadblocks along the way (not in any way attributable to him). When those times came he didn’t sugarcoat things, but he always had a reassuring smile and — more importantly — a plan. His efforts on our behalf made an inherently stressful process much easier. We are thankful and will gladly recommend him in the future as friends put their homes on the market.

Joey did a fantastic job marketing and selling our home. He was great at managing our expectations, keeping us informed and working closely with potential buyers to build a pool of interested bidders. Joey ran a great campaign and he was positive and determined to get a great result. Day-to-day Joey is very warm, caring and responsive with his communication and quick to reply to questions or comments from us. I would highly recommend Joey! I would definitely work with him again.

We were recommended Joey by a friend of ours who had used him to sell her place, and we have to say we were not disappointed! He has been extremely pleasant and transparent to deal with throughout the whole process, constantly going above and beyond our expectations. He kept us in the loop regularly each week ( we received a written report by Wednesday and he would come over and discuss the feedbacks with us in person on Thursday of every week). Joey recently sold our house in Northcote Point and we were really grateful for the efforts that he put in, not only with regards to selling our property, but keeping us up to date with local sales data and even going so far as trying to help us find a new home. I wish that all agents were as hardworking as Joey. In recent months, I have been in contact with as many as 15 estate agents while on my mission to find us a new house and only ONE of those has kept in touch to send us potential properties. Joey is very friendly and always has a smile - despite my at times high stress level due to navigating young children and open homes. Another thing I appreciate is that Joey is not one of those agents that sets unrealistic vendor price expectations. I know many use that as a tactic to acquire a property and then the owners feel let down when their expectations are not in line with the reality of the property market.
