Jeremy and Linda’s qualities shone out when we first met them a number of years ago as prospective buyers. They represented the seller with the utmost professionalism, while also supporting us with clear information and sound advice. In the event the property was sold to someone else who was well positioned to buy at that time, but we came away knowing that we had met some superb estate agents. So when we recently came to selling our family home we were able to engage Jeremy and Linda with confidence. There were a number of factors that made our house a little more challenging to sell, and of course the current market is a tough one for Auckland sellers in general at the moment. Hence the sale process was to take a few months and there were a number of twists and turns along the way. My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. Their professionalism and market knowledge was important given the difficult situation in the area. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. Jeremy's skills came to the fore when he was able to raise the price by some 45k from the initial offer. They we're excellent communicators and fully briefed me on all aspects of the selling process.
