I was really impressed with all of Team O’Flaherty. I had chosen Jemma based on no more than the number of real estate signs in the area that had her face on them. On meeting her (and John & Maria) it was obvious she knows the market and has an experienced team to work with. Jemma did a really great job selling my mums house. The process of negotiating the sale was managed professionally and smoothly. Team O’Flaherty were easy to work with offering solid advice at every step.

Jemma and the O'Flaherty team were faultless! Local to Stokes Valley and very knowledgeable on the area and history. Everything was explained clearly and it was just a case of following instructions. Support was on hand all the time and no question asked was a silly one. It can be a stressful process selling a house but we trusted the process with Jemma. It never felt like business with Jemma her selling style felt genuine which was great knowing buyers would not have a pushing sales person but a friendly face and a voice to listen to. Nothing was too much or a bother. Would definitely recommend!

From the first moment I stepped into the property to view it I was impressed with Jemma. She engaged with me, introducing herself and offering loads of help all done with such kindness, joy and professionalism. Then moving on to the buying process, nothing was too much trouble to help with understanding the paperwork and how to fill it in and what to do with it. Lastly, once everything was final Jemma passed me the keys. She made a stressful experience easy, straight forward and dare I say it, enjoyable. We met Jemma while looking through another property and she took the time to get to know us and asked plenty of questions never being too intrusive. She genuinely cared about helping people into their next home or first home, professionalism was second to none with always prompt responses and communicated with us the way we preferred by email/text where we find other agents are stuck in their ways with cold calling. She kept us up to date with recent properties to market and we found one we liked that she was listing. We appreciated the time and space to make decisions, questions were answered promptly and the handover went smooth. Highly recommend using Jemma to buy or sell!
