We met Jemma while looking through another property and she took the time to get to know us and asked plenty of questions never being too intrusive. She genuinely cared about helping people into their next home or first home, professionalism was second to none with always prompt responses and communicated with us the way we preferred by email/text where we find other agents are stuck in their ways with cold calling. She kept us up to date with recent properties to market and we found one we liked that she was listing.
