Our experiences with Jason began with Jason missing three telephone appointments (we were selling a rental in one part of the country whilst living in another). It then continued with him overvaluing the property by $10,000 dollars compared to similar properties and only realising this when it was pointed out by a potential buyer that we lost. Why did we continue with him? No other reason than that we trusted the person who recommended him. It eventually worked out but I cannot seriously recommend Jason to others.

We have just completed the sale of our house through Jason and his team at Proppy. Looking back on our experience, I would gladly recommend giving their real estate platform a go. We had considered going with a big agency at first, but the fees were high and difficult to justify. The overall cost of Proppy’s approach seemed low, but everything was efficient, and the process was smarter. Jason worked out that we saved $8608 compared to the traditional fees and still got a great result.
