he is good, he does knows the market situation and he handles the whole situation well with his background knowledges. He is always on the go of giving news of the current market values in his emails to customers .Giving up his fee of $2500 was great on his part as I would not have submitted to selling $807,500 as I asked for $810.000 without a penny drop as I spend a large sum of my of money renovating and revamp the house to its present glory. My thought was if I cannot sell for $810.000 I would consider not bothered to sell and instead keep it and rent it out for some needed cash as I only received pension forthnightly. He was persistent, good on him. Your company very lucky to have him and his mother as sale agents His mum helps me a lot as well in accompanying me to Hamiltion city councilas a support person to apply building consent for additional toilet to be put in It is this little things that matters most.
