He is always on the go of giving news of the current market values in his emails to customers .Giving up his fee of $2500 was great on his part as I would not have submitted to selling $807,500 as I asked for $810.000 without a penny drop as I spend a large sum of my of money renovating and revamp the house to its present glory. My thought was if I cannot sell for $810.000 I would consider not bothered to sell and instead keep it and rent it out for some needed cash as I only received pension forthnightly. He was persistent, good on him.
