Jason has a very good understanding of the Real Estate market, and was professional and very honest in his dealings with us. The photos of our property and house were of a very high standard, which meant viewers had a good idea what was being offered, which i think affected the number of people who came through on open days but it also meant there were very few tire kickers through. The conditional offer within a few days of going on the market seem to put a few people off, but we ended up with a very good offer and sale and we were very happy with the outcome.
