Joy is an organiser like me so we got on well and Jason calmly back the process through to completion. Jason dealt well with all my queries and wasn't flustered when I was! He was relaxed and open, listened and thoughtful in his communication. Unlike the other two agents I shortlisted he was fully informed and accurate in what he shared - whereas the other two were clumsey, plodding and lot always accurate. It was obvious to me who was more satisfactory and trustworthy to appoint as agent

Jason made the process of buying my first home as stress free as possible. He was honest with me and was contactable out of hours when needed.

Jason was easily contactable and quickly responded to emails and text messages when he couldn't answer immediately. He was always professional, diligent and approachable.

Not really knowing what to do with a property that had big dreams to begin with but the thought of a six hour drive just to get there, slowly made that dream fade. Around November 2019 I called Jason and spoke about selling this piece of bare land, it turned out to be an adventure we both were happy to get dug into.
