I was not intending to buy, instead that I was looking for a good agent to sell our house. I was impressed with Janet’s communication skills and the level of knowledge about the housing marketing. When the time was right for us to market the house, we contacted Janet and she quickly responded. She inspected the house, talked about the advantages of the house and made several valuable suggestions to improve the house presentation. We took her advice and upgrade a few areas including one bathroom. After we completed the upgrading, the house looked fantastic. Janet provided great service to the house marketing. She clearly communicated with us about each step of the marketing and arranged the marketing activities in a timely manner. The first open home was well received and the house was sold unconditionally after the first open home. Before the settlement, she came to the house and checked everything with us to make sure that they were in good working order. I could see how responsible she is for the buyer. We will definitely ask for Janet’s service for our next house purchase and/or house sale.
