We engaged Jen Singleton and Jake Morgan to sell our home in Millwater. They both kept up well informed and up to date with the progess of our house sale. They also got the best price possible for our home. We would highly recommend both of them when selling your home. Craig and Sandy

Jake was friendly, knowledgeable & completely professional throughout our whole purchase process but most of all we found that his prompt responses & practical solutions definitely made everything move quickly (which is what we wanted) & therefore alot less stressful. A real problem solver! He walked us through any issues in plain language & was clearly respectful to both seller & buyer parties.

Could not recommend enough. 10/10. Thank you so much Jen & Jake from Ray White Millwater.

While we were considering if and when to put our house on the market Jake was readily available to discuss options and provide advice. When we were ready to sell he listened to what we wanted to achieve and secured a great result without us even having to hold a single open home!

We first met Jake at one of his open homes. We were trying to decide weather to list in a very hot market, scared we would sell our beloved home and have nothing to buy. Even though we decided not to list at that stage Jake kept in regular contact. He was never pushy but just sat in the back ground always willing to help and sourcing properties he thought would suit us. We decided to list with Jake and Jen and started a three week campaign to auction our house. At this stage we also found a property we loved and managed to put in an offer conditional on the sale of our home. Unfortunately for us at this time the market slowed right down. We were concerned that we had missed the boat and that we wouldn’t get any bidders let alone reach our asking price at auction. Jake was there again supporting us and helping to work through various hurdles we encountered. He was always available to give us advise and answer even the most trivial of questions. In an environment where it is hard to get anyone to respond to a text let alone answer a call it was extremely reassuring. Especially through such a stressful time. Meanwhile Jake was also providing the same attention to prospective buyers. Giving them regular updates and keeping them engaged without being pushy. When it came to auction day Jake and Jen were there every step of the way, for both ourselves and the prospective buyers. We sold at Auction for the price we were hoping for in a climate where the media was telling us prices were plummeting. We attribute our success to Jake and Jen’s hard work and expertise. They are a great team who are professional yet approachable and are just great people who get results We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. They certainly made our dream come true! Thank you both so much.

I couldn't recommend Jake & Jen highly enough. They worked hard negotiating the sale price of my property and made everything so easy. They were always available to talk or explain processes. Super friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

Jake is a very friendly, caring, down to earth person. He is humble but highly professional, always on time and an excellent communicator; informing us about every step of the process. Jake always went the extra mile (even after we got a conditional offer on our house) and we never felt pressured to sell and were instead able to wait for the right offer. Jake has a great eye for detail, excellent photography skills and always offered his help before viewings (he even cut our bamboo hedge while we were away on holiday). Jen is a very friendly and easy to talk to person, highly professional and an excellent negotiator. We are very thankful for all the hard work Jake and Jen did for us, they are a great team and we felt like we were in the best hands possible. Their hard, diligent work, made it possible to find the perfect buyer for our house, admist a difficult market. We highly recommend Jake and Jen would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Jake always was easy to get hold off and had great communication. He went above and beyond to change our settlement to a new date that suited both us and the sellers. Very pleased, thanks !

Jake did a splendid job helping us sell our house. Jake provided a professional property appraisal and established realistic sales forecasting by recent sales analysis, comparable neighbourhood sales, and market trends. Jake promptly communicated buyers feedback after every viewing that helped us better identify potential buyers and set our expectations on auction day; however, the results were just outstanding. We would recommend Jake Morgan to anyone looking for a professional and honest real estate agent with proper knowledge of the current changing market and impressive negotiation skills, which no doubt will lead to exceeding your expectations as a vendor.

Jake did an extremely good job in helping us sell our home, especially during the particularly trying period of Covid level 3 lockdown! Right from the start we were comfortable that Jake was the right agent to represent our home. The appraisal we received at the beginning was professional, very detailed, and gave us an honest and accurate overview of our home in relation to comparable sales and our suburb. Jake guided us through preparing our home for sale, shared some advice on staging, and any time we need to contact him with a question, he responded quickly and helpfully. Jake's photography and floor planning team were also great guys and very professional. Throughout the sales/viewing process, Jake was always early to ensure the setup of the home was top-notch before buyers came through. He communicated in-depth after each viewing, provided very honest feedback and a detailed report after each round of viewings. Jake guided us to achieve an outstanding preauction offer in just over 2 weeks of the property being on the market, and given the challenges of the current environment, we couldn't be happier with the result. We would thoroughly recommend Jake to be your agent if you appreciate great communication, an honest approach, and the experience to get the results you're after.

Can’t speak more highly of Jake. We had such a great experience working with Jake to sell our property. Despite our circumstances Jake was very professional, got the buyers in the door and ensured we got a great price for our house. Whenever I hear someone looking to sell their house I will be recommending Jake to them.

Jake was amazing with helping us secure our new home. We had been to a few unsuccessful auctions and our face was becoming familiar in the auction room. It was Jake & Jen who promised they would help us find a home and that they did!! Jake’s communication and advice through out the process was excellent and his friendly approachable manner made him easy to deal with.
