Jake and Jen worked together as a great team in selling us our new home in less than a week from being on the market. Their efficiency and enthusiasm along with their willingness to communicate with the sellers at all hours whilst located in the UK was outstanding. Thanks for making the process work successfully for all parties and we can't wait to move in.

Both Jake & Jen were great to deal with. Communication with Jen was easy and informative. We really appreciated Jake being available to take us back through the property outside of the scheduled open homes. We felt very supported & being first home buyers we appreciated both their guidance.

Jake & Jen are very knowledgeable, professional, and maintained an excellent line of communication throughout the entire process. Thanks to their flexibility to allow other agent's customers to view our property, we ended up finding our buyers very quickly. While moving is stressful - the support we had from Jake & Jen meant that the actual selling part of the moving process was a lot easier than expected. Thank you!

Choosing an agent to sell our Millwater property was not easy, there are a number of awesome people to choose from. We are really happy with our experience with Jake and Jen - from advising on preparing the property for market, sales strategy, and communication throughout. And we got a great auction result! Thanks team.

Jen and Jake were always ready to assist and were helpful throughout all the negotiations when buying a home for my mother at Red Beach

We were very happy with the result along with the time spent to keep us informed as first home buyers, we had quite a few questions being our "First rodeo". Jen had great communication between us and the Vendor throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this team.

It's been great working with Jake and Jen. They are proactive, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. They have solid, sound advice and both contribute different strengths, making them a great team who genuinely seem to care about their clients and outcomes. Highly recommend.

Jake and Jen did a great job in supporting our recent house sale. Throughout the process they were open, professional, available and communicative. Jake and Jen are genuine, act with integrity and had our best interests at heart.

Jen was easy to deal with during the sales process and was committed to getting a sale agreed no matter the time of day. During the conditional period she also was friendly and clear with her communication regarding key steps in the process.

We have recently purchased a house with help from Jake and Jen. We found both to be very knowledgeable, helpful and insightful with the information they provided us with to make the decision to buy the house we chose. They are very pleasant to deal with and we would be happy to recommend them to others.

Jake and Jen were successful in achieving the sale of our investment apartment in Millwater pre- Christmas. During that process, they came to our principal home which Jen was most impressed with. A week or two ago, out of the blue, she contacted us with the request to show our home to a couple that she was convinced would love it and she was right, they came, they saw and they bought it all in the space of a few hours. We were a bit stunned at the pace at which it all happened but you get these opportunities from time to time and I am a believer in the “it’s meant to be “ philosophy. Jake and Jen are both very professional in their approach to their profession and we would thoroughly recommend them to any potential buyer or seller .

Thank you Jen & Jake for selling my house in Millwater. I have really enjoyed working with you & really appreciate your approach. You work with honesty and integrity which made me feel at ease. I felt like we were working as a team, & you had my best interests at heart. No hard selling, good listeners who genuinely care about their clients and getting the best outcome.
