Best Real Estate team ever! I counted back and this is my 8th home I've sold (I have nasty habit of moving every 5 years give or take) and I can't sing Jake & Jen's praises high enough. What is to love - clear, concise communication, realistic price setting, a total commitment to getting you the best price; listening to you and not pressuring you. I really like that they work with other agents but no lock box, and only they bring people through your house, preferably at open homes, but if outside of that buyers are qualified, and you know they can afford your house and are not tire kickers. Group chat on WhatsApp kept us all updated. Fantastic customer service. Responsive. They go the extra mile. Helped immensely in sorting out and chasing info from my builder for my buyer so they could go unconditional. Would 100% recommend them, and list with them again. And I can honestly say I've never said that about an agent I've used the past. Choose them with confidence.

I felt in safe hands with Jake & Jen who took total responsibility & ownership in the coordination and sale of my home.
