Thanks very much for your efforts in managing to get us a result in today’s tough market. Considering the very small number of genuine buyers who actually viewed the property, to get a sale was indeed a great effort. We will use your services again in the future and will recommend you to our friends and family. Kind Regards, Richard and Jenny

As you know, I make quick decisions, and when I came to the open home you both were doing, (to suss you out) I walked away knowing you were the perfect fit for me. Professional, proactive, amazing follow up and a "can do" attitude, you ticked all my requirements I was looking for, but most of all, lovely, genuine people who can be trusted to do their very best and get the best outcome. Thank you xx

Thanks very much to Jake and Jen for the selling of our Mother's property in Orewa. They are a pleasure to deal with and made everything easy for us all. If you want a stress free time selling your home I can say without a doubt that you will get this if Jen and Jake are your agents. Thanks for everything

We had the pleasure of working with Jake and Jen as our real estate agents, and we couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Their proactive approach, combined with their support throughout the entire selling process, was truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure a speedy sale of our property, providing valuable insights, timely communication, and expert guidance every step of the way. Jake and Jen's commitment to excellence, coupled with their knowledge of the market, made the experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch real estate agents who deliver exceptional service. Thank you Jake and Jen.

It all feels like a bit of a blur now. It happened so fast. Jen was freaking awesome and supportive and just a gem. We still can't believe that we have another house. We did struggle at times a the auction situation was unbelievable. Thanks to Jake too

We have sold 3 houses with them during the last two years and can recommend the service they provide. They are very professional, providing excellent communication and support. You know and feel they are working for you and provide realistic market knowledge to enable a truly satisfactory speedy sale on all types of property. We would like to express our gratitude to Jake & Jen for exceeding our expectations throughout the sales process and will recommend them to buyers and sellers in the future. Thank you.

Jake was extremely helpful and went out of his way to find me a new home. Jake is very genuine and easy to deal with. He is a compassionate person and I’m very grateful for all his Real Estate knowledge and assistance over the last months.

Jake & Jen provided a professional friendly service with great follow-up on opportunities and providing feedback. Hardworking to get the sale across the line.

We are so glad we chose Jake and Jen of Harcourts Millwater to sell our house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patients made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!”

Best Real Estate team ever! I counted back and this is my 8th home I've sold (I have nasty habit of moving every 5 years give or take) and I can't sing Jake & Jen's praises high enough. What is to love - clear, concise communication, realistic price setting, a total commitment to getting you the best price; listening to you and not pressuring you. I really like that they work with other agents but no lock box, and only they bring people through your house, preferably at open homes, but if outside of that buyers are qualified, and you know they can afford your house and are not tire kickers. Group chat on WhatsApp kept us all updated. Fantastic customer service. Responsive. They go the extra mile. Helped immensely in sorting out and chasing info from my builder for my buyer so they could go unconditional. Would 100% recommend them, and list with them again. And I can honestly say I've never said that about an agent I've used the past. Choose them with confidence.

I chose Jake and Jen to market my home based on feedback from acquaintances. Listing my home coincided with my going on holiday overseas, so the first two open homes were conducted in my absence - something I wouldn’t normally have considered, but having met Jake and Jen and chatted, I felt quite comfortable entrusting them with my home. I appreciated the advice and options offered and after weighing up, was happy to go along with Jake’s suggestions. Once listed, the feedback after each open home was almost immediate with quality comments.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to both Jake and Jen for all their hard work and dedication in selling my house. Their professionalism and expertise truly shone throughout the process. I could not have been happier with the results. Their hard work has made a significant difference to my life, I highly recommend their services. Wishing them continued success in the future
