While we were considering if and when to put our house on the market Jake was readily available to discuss options and provide advice. When we were ready to sell he listened to what we wanted to achieve and secured a great result without us even having to hold a single open home!

We first met Jake at one of his open homes. We were trying to decide weather to list in a very hot market, scared we would sell our beloved home and have nothing to buy. Even though we decided not to list at that stage Jake kept in regular contact. He was never pushy but just sat in the back ground always willing to help and sourcing properties he thought would suit us. We decided to list with Jake and Jen and started a three week campaign to auction our house. At this stage we also found a property we loved and managed to put in an offer conditional on the sale of our home. Unfortunately for us at this time the market slowed right down. We were concerned that we had missed the boat and that we wouldn’t get any bidders let alone reach our asking price at auction. Jake was there again supporting us and helping to work through various hurdles we encountered. He was always available to give us advise and answer even the most trivial of questions.
