She then did a walk through giving more suggestions about where to place things for the photos and open home. During open home season, she gave us very detailed weekly reports on how the property was being responded too. This included the open homes themselves and any advertising. She also messaged straight after Open Homes to let us know who had been through and any other key information. We also liked her working with Grace who was awesome at the prompt paperwork, following up and more. Helen and Grace's communication was excellent!!! We also sold our house in a timely manner with them due to the follow up they do with interested parties. Trust Helen and Grace, they are a great team and know what they are doing! It is their specialty.
