I have used a couple of agents in the past and had bad experiences, but Helen and her team have changed my mind about the selling process. She was amazing, she always made time for us, she is a great communicator and at the end of the day she secured us a great price on our home. It was an absolute pleasure working with Helen and I cannot recommend her more.
Not the first, won't be the last! Thanks to Helen for making the process so easy from beginning to end.
Helen is a wonderful agent. She really takes time to get to know what you are wanting to buy and really cares about finding you the right place. I would highly recommend Helen. She goes above and beyond to help.
Helen is very professional and really knowledgeable, she was always available and kept us in the loop every step of the way. A fantastic communicator who works to the very end of the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Helen is straight up and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend!
My experience with Helen was outstanding. She was recommended to me when our property was stalling and we really needed to inject some new life and professionalism into its marketing. Helen came on board after some rather lack-lustre effort by another agent, and also some ineffective private advertising. She immediately took control and worked out all the nitty-gritty details that were very pertinent in terms of the property, and basically out-shone anyone who had gone before (including myself, and I'm pretty onto every legal detail!) Helen's overall style is uber- attentive. She really takes charge and treats your property as her own. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She'll be out there doing all the small but important jobs that you didn't even think about. She'll also ensure that you are informed every single step of the way, because her communication skills are second to none. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Helen Shaw to anyone wanting to sell their property and who might be concerned that their agent won't go that extra mile - Helen does!
Helen’s charisma, knowledge, communication and easy confident business manner left me in no doubt she was the agent for me.
Working with Helen was an absolute pleasure. She was highly knowledgeable, worked with us to achieve the best outcome and kept us well informed. I would have no hesitation in working with Helen in the future.
Helen made the sale of our first home very easy, her communication was on point the whole way through and made sure we were always one step ahead throughout the whole process.
Helen was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable at what she does
Helen recently sold our investment property despite the difficult market conditions, obtaining a price above CV in the process. We were especially impressed by Helen's incredible work ethic (consistently available no matter the hour), her market-focused and considered approach, solid communication, and her willingness to listen to feedback and convert that to action in double quick time. Of special note, working with Helen provided access to her extended network, one that is a clear reflection of her standing as an agent. Tapping into Helen's contacts for home staging, her selection of auctioneer Andrew North who was outstanding, and her support team really helped underwrite the final outcome for us.
Helen was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her expertise and guidance during what could have been a very stressful situation made it an absolute breeze and would recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell, thanks Helen!
We had a great experience with our agent Helen who worked very hard non-stop. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. I recommend Helen to anyone.
