Harpreet was very professional and informative about the housing market when I dealt with him as Power of Attorney for the sale of my brother and sister-in-law's property. He kept me regularly updated on progress and was easy to talk to on any matters of concern either of us may have had. My brother who had engaged Harpreet a couple of years ago when they were thinking of selling was "over the moon" with the sale price achieved. He was also very impressed by Harpreet's work ethics as was I. I would highly recommend him to any prospective seller.

I will tell people if they want to sell their home to contact this person. He is very helpful and work hard day and night. Time keeping and schedule were met. I trust him to come in to my house with new people for about 3 months. He is honest and share his opinion with us all the time. He is not resting until he met his goal.Communication was on high standard and updating.He is close to my family and he visited with his family sometime. Conversation was very positive all the time. Selection opinion was very high and helping us went through our commitment. His communication skill taught us for our future journey. The support from their agent was on high standard too. I think we have selected the wright person to sell our home. His professionalism was special and make us comfortable with our decision time.His updating and communication was not resting every day. Promotion standard and website was in high standard also. He keep trying to the last moment of selling.I will promote him and his agent to anybody. I wish that I have anymore words to describe this excellent person but I did have this blessing. I wish him all the best of his journey with his family and his agent.

I found "Harpreet Parmar to be an excellent negotiator in the event sale of my house at a time when house sales had slowed due to covid. He was always professional in dealing with me and very patient in getting as close to what I required.
