Grant, Deborah, and Natalie are a great team, and we are appreciative of their support. They were always available with consistent feedback and professional advice. We benefited from a structured campaign with strong follow-up up resulting in a sale we were satisfied with. We were absentee owners, and Grant went over and beyond to help in areas that could have proved difficult to manage from afar. We would recommend Grant and his team, and wish them and all their clients well for the future.

Grant and Debbie had to work extra hard on this one. Being a close friend, who was expecting "top dollar", it was a challenge they rose to. I have never liked the concept of auctions, but Grant insisted that I trust him. I must say, knowing the sale date and them finding 3 very interested parties, gave us a very exciting build up. We were not disappointed on the day, and all credit goes to the work Grant and Debbie put in, together with their vast experience of the Queenstown market. Also, a very special mention must go to Natalie, their PA. She kept us fully informed with the endless paperwork required, and was able to answer any questions immediately. What a team, we would highly recommend them to any seller or buyer.

Grant was great from the beginning to the end. His knowledge of the area was very good. Nothing was a bother and he was very informative. We would definitely use Grant again.

The Coburn Team both helped a lot with finishing touches . Gave their time freely on a Public holdiday to help clear a mess from massive renovations. . An old neighbour so was comfortable giving the listing to Grant as many agents had asked for this property and provided "free" appraisals seking the listing. I was a wee bit disappointed in selling too quickly, was sold below my target after 2 days. I did feel a bit pressured about this due to the sytem of dealine sales, Would have liked to run 3 open homes as planned to allow for a better price. However did get the ideal buyer . Paper work went smoothly with legals and other compliance demands
