We told Graeme what we were looking for and he nailed it straight off . He helped us through all the procedures in buying the property without any pressure, nothing was a problem. My take on Graeme is he is genuinely a good guy and we are glad it was him who found us our holiday home. 😀
Graeme took on board our very unique beach house and promoted it to clients who totally appreciated it's construction. He achieved a very fast sale at our price expectation.Graemes best description was always "supurb".We will fully endorse Graeme to anybody we know cheers Malcolm and Ngare .
Really great experience buying a property through Graeme. Very helpful and nothing was a problem especially as I was going through a very traumatic time personally. Graham made things feel simple and was always prompt with communication.
The communications provided by Graeme (normally daily) were without doubt 100%. His knowledge and instinct of the current market trends is second to none and his dedication and work ethic a pleasure to deal with. Always ready with a cheerful smile and no request was ever too much for him. We set our expectations and price at the onset, and Graeme reached each and every one of them. I initially expected a long sales cycle but the amount of time it took Graeme to find and identify a 'NUMBER' of buyers was, in the current market, amazing. A very large thank you to Graeme and the team fot the dedication and patience he displayedf throughout. If you are ever in the market to sell your property in the area. Graeme has sold two houses for me in the last two years. He is very professional and knows the market. He is very easy and pleasant to deal with. He kept us informed when needed.
We found Graeme excellent in all aspects of the transaction. Very friendly, helpful and obliging and willing to assist with any queries no matter how small. Also, very knowledgeable with everything.
We purchased a property Graeme was marketing. We found Graeme to be incredibly responsive, accomodationg and easy to communicate with. He went the extra mile to ensure had all the info we needed to complete the purchase. We appreciated his professionalism and input making this a stress free process.
Graeme was great to deal with, friendly and communicated extremely well. Made a difficult process easy, would highly recommend him.
Graeme has made the whole house buying experience simple, dealing with queries efficiently and providing great service all round. Nothing is ever a problem for him. 🍻⭐️😊
Graeme helped us sell our bach at Waihi Beach. Graeme has a rare ability to go that extra mile and surprise you. He is pragmatic, well connected, a great communicator and get things done. But the thing that stands him apart from other agents is he will just go that extra mile for you. It's often something quite small, but he has a knack off knowing its important and helping you out. I also wonder if there is anyone Graeme does not know at Waihi Beach. He is so well connected. I have no hesitation in recommending Graeme.
Graeme Morrison assisted us with the purchase of our dream home in June 2024. From the beginning of the process to the end, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information needed, including arranging for us to meet personally with the vendors to answer some questions. He also was extremely patient and worked late into the evening to arrange multiple visits to the property. Graeme is the most professional and ethical agent that I have ever dealt with. He was open and honest at all times, patiently explaining processes and keeping us constantly informed of progress with the negotiations. We built a relationship with him of complete trust and confidence. He is also extremely kind in providing assistance outside of his areas of responsibility. In this case, providing information and contacts related to foreign currency exchange. I am grateful to Graeme for helping us realize our dream and highly recommend him to anyone who is either buying or selling as the perfect agent.
Graeme’s industrious work ethic does not go unnoticed. An amazing commitment to endeavour to bring about a positive result. Always approachable, easy to communicate with due to having a comfortable personality. No question or enquiry too big or too small. Thank you Graeme for your ever present encouragement throughout my real estate journey.
