From the initial meeting we had requested that the selling of our home be discreet. Graeme respected this during the entire process even down to not parking his car outside our driveway. His communication style was easy and effective and only providing updates where needed. Graeme’s suggestions were helpful - house, deck and driveway cleaning put the property in its best light. His painter did a great job touching up a few areas. The marketing package fairly reflected the property without being over the top; photos and descriptions were accurate and presented the property well.
