I found Graeme to be a very easy person to talk to; he was professional but not in a forced way, and shared his knowledge of the Waihi Beach property market, post covid and then a recession, with me when things had gone very quiet. But Graeme never put the pressure on to do a massive price drop in order to get a sale (quote : "we're not that desperate.") When the right buyer eventually did arrive he guided me through the process and somehow ( still a mystery as to how) achieved full asking price! Just like that . Which did involve a long out-of town drive with a contract in his hand to be delivered the next day for signing! Amazing!
