I enlisted Graemes help to sell my property after some previous difficulties. He is very personable and helpful and he listens!! He went the extra mile at times too which was appreciated. Graeme respected the fact this sale was a hard goodbye and did not pressure me to take just any offer but seeing the value in what I had created. From the initial meeting we had requested that the selling of our home be discreet. Graeme respected this during the entire process even down to not parking his car outside our driveway. His communication style was easy and effective and only providing updates where needed. He backed us on not under selling our home and negotiated with the eventual purchasers to achieve the figure required.
