Glyn provided excellent service. From the private viewing, the regular check-ins, arranging the offer alongside other offers and keeping in touch - to eventual unconditional, great service and clear communication the whole time.

The initial agent, Ayla, had great communication and was a delight to deal with. However, after she went on leave, the team that picked things up was not to the same standard - communication was lacking (likely because the first agent had already done the heavy lifting to seal the deal). Overall, and in hindsight, it is clear that far more should have been disclosed. The house had multiple fixtures that were literally held in place with hot glue, and there was little effort from Summit to provide transparency. I have less confidence in the organization and their procedures. It felt like corners were cut.

We worked with Ayla to buy our home in Richmond and she made the whole process so smooth and straight forward. She was excellent to work with, great communication and very approachable and helpful whenever we had questions. Thanks Ayla!
