Ayla, was fantastic, she had great communication and was a delight to deal with. After she went on leave however, the communication with the remaining agents did suffer a little. There were a bunch temporary coverup fixes that were not picked up with the disclosures which was a bit disappointing (multiple fixtures that were literally held in place with hot glue). Summit were unaware of these and did seek to show good faith and contribute to the resolution. Lesson learnt - buy from a owner that lives in the house.
