We liaised with Dan during the property transaction. He had a laid-back, no pressure approach. He was friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a unique situation where we knew the vendors and currently leased some of their property already. He was professional and provided any information we requested in a timely manner, although much of the information we secured from the vendor directly due to the existing relationship. We have no doubt it would have been provided should we have required it. We appreciated the lovely gift basket he delivered once the property had gone unconditional filled with items we would enjoy. It showed he had listened to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I found Lydia and Dan great to deal with in selling our orchard. They had very good knowledge of all aspects of the running of a rural business and guided us along the way, helping us avoid potential issues and pitfalls we were not aware of. They kept us informed of developments at every stage and had a good handle of what was going on from all angles. They are friendly and relaxed but also understand that this is a big step for the vendors and purchasers and were sensitive to this. Callum and the Team are very knowledgeable and were great to work with. They were patient with us non-locals as we got the house ready, but once we hit the go button, it was a superb process with a great outcome for all.
