Superb knowledge and guidance throughout the purchasing process

This property took a bit of effort to get sold and Gerard and Sheree were great! They stuck with us, worked so hard and kept us updated the whole time. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell, they are genuinely caring people that want the best result for you.

Pros: - generally everything about working with Sheree and Gerard - highly flexible, almost always available for a call or to help us out - very informative and helped guide us through the process - friendly and easy to work with, really good people - extremely communicative to ensure we were always informed of what was happening, and followed up proactively (which helped when we were not on top of our tasks) - we really appreciated that they were not too pushy and generally gave us space to make decisions - negotiations always felt like they were between us and the vendor, Sheree and Gerard facilitated these conversations and helped them to go smoothly - often they would help us to clearly communicate with the vendor regarding our wants/needs, and vice versa, so we could always know where things sat during negotiations, inspections, various stages. Cons: - only minor suggestions, by and large they were fantastic - it is difficult given the pressures of the job, but often we had to answer calls (sometimes multiple times a day) during work hours that were a bit inconvenient. We could have set a time to call during the day that was more convenient and didn't require us to step out of work so often - sometimes it felt silly to have to communicate through Sheree and Gerard for everything. We aren't sure if there is a solution for this, but it definitely introduced delays and added stress

When we went to first viewed the property Gerrard left us to it without following us around. He pointed out the issues of the property, which my Fiance being in the business found so we were not put off. We have actually viewed the property three times, the last time was to take photos of the furniture we wanted left. We have been fully accommodated for and Sheree has helped me immensely throughout the process. I can hand on heart say that when it comes time for us to move on and sell the property we will be going through Tall Poppy and asking Gerrard and Sheree to market our home.

Gerard and Sheree were excellent to deal with in all aspects of the sale of my house. They went above and beyond in what they done and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much Gerard and Sheree.

They have a vast knowledge of the market and keep you updated regularly with what is happening at any one time. They are supportive and readily available to answer any queries you may have. They check in regularly right through to settlement date. I would highly recommend Gerard and Sheree if you are looking to sell a property.
