Recently listed my parents home as they have had to go into age care… with all the work that was entailed with their affairs Gary made the selling of their home a seamless process. These materials proved to make for a difficult sale but Gary, ever optimistic, explored every avenue in order to achieve a good end result.. He staged the empty home skillfully to accentuate the finer points plus, as we live out of town, he regularly visited the property on our behalf.to carry out tasks not normally associated with those of a real estate agent. To say he went above and beyond is an under-statement. At all times Gary acted with honesty and integrity, keeping us informed of progress on a regular basis. Gary was an excellent sale's man. Whe we first visit the house on an open home at 121 Puriri Park Road Maunu. We felt welcome by him. He was very patiently answering our questions, takes the note of each question, and tried his best to satisfy any queries.
