Gary was pro-active from the beginning, noting the construction materials of the house and seeking a LIM report. These materials proved to make for a difficult sale but Gary, ever optimistic, explored every avenue in order to achieve a good end result.. He staged the empty home skillfully to accentuate the finer points plus, as we live out of town, he regularly visited the property on our behalf.to carry out tasks not normally associated with those of a real estate agent. To say he went above and beyond is an under-statement. At all times Gary acted with honesty and integrity, keeping us informed of progress on a regular basis.
